4 | boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 pounds) | ||

1 | cup | barbecue sauce | |

Preheat grill to medium-high or preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Center a chicken breast half on each sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken. Top with vegetables. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Doublefold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packets. Repeat to make 4 packets.
Grill 14 to 16 minutes on medium-high in covered grill or bake 18 to 22 minutes on cookie sheet in oven.
After cooking, carefully open ends of foil packets first to allow steam to escape; then open top of foil packet. Arrange contents on plates and discard foil.
