6 | medium potatoes, peeled and cubed | ||

1 | medium onion, chopped | ||

4 | cloves | garlic, finely chopped | |

1/4 | cup | butter, melted | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | milk | |
|
|||
salt to taste | |||

pepper to taste | |||
|
Heat a large amount of salted water to a boil in a large pan. Add potatoes, onion and garlic; cover and cook about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Beat potato mixture in large bowl at medium speed. Gradually beat in butter and milk at low speed until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
