9 | oz. | frozen, fully cooked, chicken breasts, diced | |

1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | celery, thinly sliced | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | grapes, red or green seedless, halved | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | pecan pieces | |
|
|||
salt, to taste | |||
|
|||
pepper, to taste | |||
|
|||
Optional: | |||
lettuce leaves | |||
|
|||
crackers | |||
|
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and crackers; mix well. Refrigerate until cold.
Place lettuce leaves on individual plates; scoop chicken mixture onto lettuce. Serve with assorted crackers if desired. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
