Place the raisins in a small bowl and cover them with boiling water. Set aside and allow to stand 15 minutes. While the raisins are soaking, place the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and oil in a food processor or blender and blend until satin smooth. Remove the mixture from the food processor and place it in a small bowl or container. Drain the raisins throughly, add them to the mixture and stir to blend well. Spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture on top of each rice cake and serve.
