1/2 | cup | roasted red peppers from a jar, drained and chopped | |

1/4 | cup | mayonnaise, lowfat | |

1 | clove | garlic, minced | |

1/8 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |

Splash of rice vinegar | |||
|
Combine roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic, cayenne pepper and rice vinegar and blend together well.
Spread on burgers, chicken sandwiches and wraps. Or, pour over steamed veggies.
