Yield: 4 servings
4 | U.S. farm-raised Catfish fillets (about 6 oz. each) | ||

1/3 | cup | light mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | fresh lemon juice | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dried dill weed | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|
1. Preheat broiler. Coat a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the catfish fillets on the pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly over the top of the catfish fillets, then broil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden. Serve immediately.
