2 | tablespoons | sugar | |

1 | small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped | ||

1/8 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
|
|||
1 | cup | horseradish root, finely shredded | |
|
In a bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, jalapeno pepper and white pepper. Mix well. Stir in the horseradish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
